Catherine L. Muncy

Ms. Muncy works as an Attorney at Muncy, Geissler, Olds & Lowe, P.C. Catherine’s experience in intellectual property law practice, focuses on trademark counseling, prosecution, maintenance, protection, and enforcement of trademark matters, for both U.S. and international clients.

Prior to joining MGIP, Catherine played a key role at a telemedicine start-up launched through Temple University Hospital, where she supported patients in managing respiratory symptoms outside the hospital setting. In her role, she oversaw the onboarding and training of all new staff, developed comprehensive training materials and resources, and led quality assurance initiatives to ensure high standards of care. Catherine also served as the sole supervisor for a team of over 20 staff members, providing leadership and operational oversight in a fast-paced, innovative healthcare environment.

Outside of work, Catherine is an avid hiker with a goal of visiting every U.S. national park—Zion National Park in Utah remains her favorite so far. She also enjoys attending live sporting events (Go Philadelphia Eagles!), going to concerts, and trying new recipes with her family in the kitchen.
