She provides strategic global trademark portfolio advice and counseling to some of the most well-known artists, athletes, and sports leagues in the world. In addition to a large Sports & Entertainment client base, Mary Fran assists a wide range of clients from multinational corporations in the consumer products field, to medical supplies and Michelin star restaurants.

Mary Fran works closely with local counsel across the globe planning trademark portfolio strategy for clients. She also assists foreign law firms with the US application and registration process.
