Experience

Ms. Tulino focuses her practice on patent prosecution and related issues involving mechanical and electrical technologies. She has extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications relating to a wide range of technologies, including image display devices, telecommunication systems, semiconductor fabrication, automotive components and lighting and automotive control/monitoring. 

Ms. Tulino also counsels clients in all areas of intellectual property law including the preparation of opinions regarding patentability, invalidity and infringement.
