Experience

Mr. Lowe focuses his practice on mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical and design patent prosecution. In addition to his domestic practice, Mr. Lowe manages the global patent prosecution for several of his clients. Mr. Lowe also provides infringement and validity opinions and assists in litigation matters. Mr. Lowe has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for several well-known domestic and international corporations. Mr. Lowe also has experience in the more unusual aspects of intellectual property law, including reexaminations and reissues.

Mr. Lowe was an Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office for seven years and has practiced in the intellectual property field for over twenty years.
